 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 3-Year-old Bradford White water heater stopped working this morning.  Called the number from the sticker on the water heater.  These guys scheduled to come out same day.  Unfortunately, the thermostat/controller had died and had to be replaced.  Expensive repair, but less than purchasing a new water heater.  Repair was done on the same visit.  Unhappy about the expense, but pleased with the responsiveness.
